July 13 (Bloomberg) — A New York court has frozen the remaining assets of Three Arrows Capital in the U.S. Judge Martin Glenn of the Southern District of New York granted the emergency motion during a court hearing on Tuesday. In his written decision, Glenn noted that only the appointed bankruptcy liquidator has the authority to transfer, encumber or otherwise dispose of any assets of the debtor located within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
