Cryptocurrency trading volume surges during merger, with ETH dominating

Golden Finance reports that cryptocurrency exchanges have seen a surge in trading volume since the beginning of the month. According to data provided by Crypto Compare, crypto trading volume (7DMA) has increased from $18.1 billion on Sept. 6 to $28.6 billion on Sept. 16. CoinGecko’s data shows that on FTX.US, ETH accounted for nearly 43% of the total volume traded in the last 24 hours . On Coinbase, ETH accounted for about 34% of the volume in the last 24 hours.
