The Indian government plans to finalize its position on the legality of cryptocurrencies in the first quarter of 2023

Sept. 21 (Bloomberg) — The Indian government plans to finalize its stance on the legality of cryptocurrencies by February-March next year 2023 and comply with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) requirements by May. In addition, Outlook India on Monday cited a senior government official as saying that a Financial Stability Board (FSB) report is expected to be released in October that will help the Indian government decide whether to ban cryptocurrency trading or provide a legal framework for dealing with cryptocurrency transactions in India. ConsenSys and StarkWare Expand Partnership to Provide Web3 Development Stack to StarkWare

Sept. 21 (Xinhua) — ConsenSys, an Ethernet infrastructure development company, announced the availability of its Web3 development stack to StarkWare, including Infura, which provides reliable node support and high-availability APIs for developers to connect and deploy to StarkNet; Diligence, which provides security auditing services for Cairo smart contracts; and developers can build an intuitive user experience by jointly using InfuraAPI and MetaMask’s StarkNetSnap. In addition, StarkNet’s Truffle Box is coming soon and will provide code templates and instructions to accelerate dApp creation.
