Genesis no longer serves as an authorized participant in the Grayscale Crypto Trust product

Golden Finance reports that Grayscale is launching a new broker-dealer, Grayscale Securities, as an authorized participant in its crypto trust products, according to a new regulatory filing with the securities firm. The new unit will replace sister company Genesis, which has been embattled by the Three Arrows Capital crash. Grayscale Securities, a registered broker-dealer with members of the SEC and FINRA, will serve as the sole authorized participant. genesis will continue to act as a liquidity provider, sourcing cryptocurrencies for the trust. The transition period is effective October 3.

Golden Finance reports that shares in a new fund from U.S. exchange-traded fund WisdomTree Investments can be managed on the blockchain of the Ether or Stellar crypto networks, marking the first foray into blockchain trading by an ETF player.
