Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) — Bitfinex announced a partnership with Mi Primer Bitcoin to launch the Bitcoin Education Program, which plans to offer free Bitcoin financial literacy courses in El Salvador. bitfinex will also sponsor Bitcoin and financial education courses around the world.

Japanese Telecom Giant NTT Docomo Establishes Metaverse Division

Golden Finance reports that NTT Docomo, Japan’s largest telecom operator, has created a new division dedicated to guiding the advancement of its metaverse. The division, called Qonoq, is already operational, with 200 employees developing software and hardware solutions designed to integrate extended reality products for the Japanese operator’s customers.
