Rhodium, a Crypto Mining Company, Plans to Conduct an IPO Valued at $1.7 Billion

On January 14, according to the regulatory documents of the U.S. sec, the bitcoin miner Rhodium Enterprises plans to issue 7.69 million shares at a price of $12 to $14 per share in its initial public offering (IPO), with the trading code RHDM. After the IPO, the company will have about 56.8 million class a tradable shares and 67.5 million class B tradable shares, which means that the market value is between us $1.49 billion and US $1.74 billion. As of September 30, the company will use the proceeds from IPO to repay the accrued interest on its outstanding debts and bridge loans, with a total amount of about US $31 million. Rhodium will also use these funds to build new sites and for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of mining machines.
