Czech Presidential Candidate to Launch Campaign on Polygon Chain Metaverse

Golden Finance reports that Czech presidential candidate Karel Janeček has announced that he will launch his 2023 campaign in the “Somnium Space”, a metaverse powered by the Polygon blockchain network. Russia’s central bank: cryptocurrency mining will be legalized, provided the output mined can only be sold abroad

July 5 – The Central Bank of Russia (CBR) has said it will agree to legalize cryptocurrency mining, provided that the output mined by miners in Russia can only be converted into legal tender outside of Russia. The key is to avoid creating incentives for the subsequent use of cryptocurrencies in domestic payments. Ivan Chebeskov, head of the Russian Ministry of Finance’s Financial Policy Department, noted that some large cryptocurrency mining companies based in the Russian Federation are also forced to deal with foreign restrictions when withdrawing funds. Russia may have to create its own trading platform infrastructure to provide liquidity to the industry.
