PlatON, a privacy AI computing network, jointly announced a release of PlatON-based developer tool, PlatON Studio IDE, with the blockchain tech team Obsidian Labs.
PlatON Studio is a powerful and easy-to-use graphical IDE developer tool to assist the development of smart contracts in PlatON and PlatON testnet Alaya, which is not only a pilot net for PlatON but also an independent public chain. At present, the tool supports contract development, deployment, and debugging on Alaya. For the next update, it will be able to support PlatON and nets switching by one-click.
Featuring the built-in PlatON and Alaya exclusive contract code editor, project manager, key manager, contract debugger, block explorer, etc., PlatON Studio provides a complete local network for the usage scenarios of PlatON and Alaya and supports node creation, management, one-key operation, SDK automatic connection, etc.
Aiming to fully optimize the development experience through easy-to-use graphical tools, the released desktop now covers mainstream operating systems such as macOS, Windows, and Linux. With the improvement of the underlying technical facilities of PlatON and Alaya, PlatON Studio will not only be a graphical IDE, but also a one-stop operating environment for developers.
In the future, PlatON will deepen the cooperation with Obsidian Labs in tool development, ecosystem construction, and community operations. As a member of LatticeX Foundation Global Grants Ecosystem Development Plan, Obsidian Labs will keep lowering the threshold and help more developers join the PlatON ecosystem, and jointly promoting the project’s infrastructure construction in the crypto economy ecosystem.
